What was the name of your last clan: - You have already stated you were in a clan, maybe you could tell us the answer to this question ?
Please provide a link to your old clans homepage: - Maybe you could also link us to the website ?
Would you be prepared to support the running of the clan: No - Which is fair enough as we accept donations but its not compulsory but.....
If the answer is YES to the above question, how much per month would you be prepared to donate monthly: £2.00 per month - Why add this if you already said you do not wish to donate ?

It's just the standard information that we ask everyone to submit before we vote on if to accept someone in to the clan or not - all we wants is that the form is completed accurately and we've all had to do it before joining - not to much to ask!?

Lets hope he can come up with the answers to the questions above as until he can do his application will remain pending regardless of the vote, as Swede said the form is there to be completed properly - failure to complete it properly simply holds up any decision we come too
